The Campbell University Computer Information Systems Club is a student-run organization dedicated to providing knowledge outside the classroom about information systems as a career. Activities include visits to offices, presentations by recent graduates, organizing the CIS Day, organizing the EDS Challenge and organizing the Spring Banquet. Approximately 30 members are active in the Club. Membership is open to all majors. The annual membership fee is $10.The computer industry is one of the fastest moving career areas in the US today, and the top goal of the CIS Club to help students make the right decisions as they enter the workforce.
